Full delegates selected by NSCs and delegation leaders:
Accommodation will be provided in several hotels close to the Congress Center, and at a walking distance.
Delegates will be staying in shared Twin rooms with free WI-FI. Breakfast will be included.

For logistical reasons it will not be possible for delegates to choose the hotel.
After registration process has been concluded, Science on Stage Portugal will inform delegates about the hotel where they will be staying. Special accommodation requirements will be handled directly to festival@sons2019.eu.
Delegates who wish to stay for additional days should contact the hotel directly.

The organisation is only responsible for the accommodation of full delegates. However, we will try to accommodate paying delegates by request, if possible in the same hotels as the full delegates, upon the specific required payment. This can only be guaranteed after all full delegates’ accommodation is secured. Thus, we strongly suggest that paying delegates carry out their own reservations.
